Section 1
(1) This order may be cited as the Housing Act 1974 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1974.
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

The provisions of the Housing Act 1974 specified in the Schedule to this order shall come into operation on 18th September 1974.
