The Road Traffic Act 1974 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1974
Section 2
The provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1974 (hereinafter referred to as “ the Act ”) which are listed in column (1) of Schedule 1 to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column (2) of that Schedule shall (to the extent stated in that Schedule) come into operation on the 1st January 1975, and the provisions of the Act which are listed in column (1) of Schedule 2 to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column (2) of that Schedule shall (to the extent stated in that Schedule) come into operation on the 1st March 1975.
