Section 1
These Regulations shall come into operation on 31st January 1975 and may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Compulsory Insurance) (No. 2) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1974.

Section 2
Regulation 2 of the Motor Vehicles (Compulsory Insurance) (No.2) Regulations 1973, as amended , shall have effect as if in paragraph (1) for the words “Austria, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland” there were substituted the words “Austria, Czechoslovakia, Finland, the German Democratic Republic, Hungary, Norway, Sweden or Switzerland” .
