Section 1
These Regulations shall come into operation on 31st January 1975, and may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1974.

Section 2
Regulation 7 of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972 as amended (production of evidence that a motor vehicle is not driven in contravention of insurance requirements) shall have effect as if in paragraph (4) for the words “Austria, Finland, Norway, Sweden, or Switzerland,” there were substituted the words “Austria, Czechoslovakia, Finland, the German Democratic Republic, Hungary, Norway, Sweden or Switzerland,” .
