This Order may be cited as the Transport (London) Act 1969 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1974.

The Transport (London) Act 1969 (Commencement No.5) Order 1974
Section 2
The provisions of the Transport (London) Act 1969 (hereinafter referred to as “ the Act ”) which are specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column 2 of that Schedule, and also the provisions of the Act which are specified in the Appendix to that Schedule, shall come into operation on the 1st April 1974.
