Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1974.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972 shall come into operation on 1st April 1974, that is to say:—

(a) Part I, except section 22(2);

(b) Part III; and

(c) the Schedule.
