Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the National Savings Bank (Amendment) Regulations 1974, and shall come into operation on 1st May 1974.

Section 2

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

Section 3

The National Savings Bank Regulations 1972 shall be amended, in Regulation 28, by the deletion of paragraphs (3) and (4) thereof.
