This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1974 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1975.

The Road Traffic Act 1974 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1975
Section 2
(1) On the 1st October 1975 there shall come into operation the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1974 (hereinafter referred to as “ the Act ”) specified in Column (1) of Schedule 1 to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to these provisions in column (2) of that Schedule to the extent and for the purposes specified in that Schedule.
(2) On the 1st January 1976 there shall come into operation the provisions of the Act specified in Column (1) of Schedule 2 to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column (2) of that Schedule to the extent specified in that Schedule.
