Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Import of Goods (Control) (Amendment) Order 1975 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1976.

(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

Section 2

The Import of Goods (Control) Order 1954 , as amended , shall have effect as if there were included in the Schedule the following:
Enactments Suspended
Orders in Council and Orders Suspended
