Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Unsolicited Goods and Services (Amendment) Act 1975 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1975.

Section 2

Section 2(2) of the Unsolicited Goods and Services (Amendment) Act 1975 shall come into operation on 30th May 1975.
