Section 1

This Order provides for the application of sections 1 and 2 of the People's Republic) Order 1976 and shall come into operation on the day on which the Convention enters into force, which day shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.

Section 2

Sections 1 and 2 of the Act shall apply to the Mongolian People's Republic.
