Section 1Citation, interpretation and commencement

These regulations, which may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Equivalents for dealings with drugs) Amendment Regulations 1976, shall be read as one with the Weights and Measures (Equivalents for dealings with drugs) Regulations 1970 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1976.

Section 2Revocation

Regulation 3 of the Weights and Measures (Equivalents for dealings with drugs) Regulations 1970 is hereby revoked.
