Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Employment Protection Act 1975 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1976.

Section 2Commencement

The provisions of the Employment Protection Act 1975 specified in the Schedules hereto shall come into operation—
(a) in the case of the provisions mentioned in Schedule 1, on 1st January 1977; and
(b) in the case of the provisions mentioned in Schedule 2, on 1st February 1977.
