Section 1
These regulations may be cited as the Measurements of Cereals for Import and Export Purposes (Amendment) Regulations 1976 and shall come into operation on 12th April 1976.

The Measurements of Cereals for Import and Export Purposes (Amendment) Regulations 1976
Section 2
The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of these regulations as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
Section 3
In the definition of “the Community provisions” in regulation 2(1) of the Measurements of Cereals for Import and Export Purposes Regulations 1975 the words “and any instrument replacing, supplementing or further amending that directive” are hereby revoked.
