Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Contracted-out Employment (Fire Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1977 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1977.

Section 2

The Contracted-out Employment (Fire Services) Regulations 1977 shall be amended by omitting from Regulation 3 the words “in Great Britain” .
