The Hydrocarbon Oil Regulations 1973 , as amended , shall be further amended as follows—
(a) In Regulation 2—
(i) in the definition of “gas” , for the words “ at a temperature of 60°F and under a pressure of one atmosphere” substitute the words “at a temperature of 15°C and under a pressure of 1013.25 millibars” , and
(ii) in the definition of “heated oil” , for the words “60°F” substitute the words “15°C” ;
(b) In Regulation 12(1)(c) and Regulation 12(2)(a), for the word “gallons” substitute in both places the words “litres” ;
(c) In Regulation 15, for the word “gallons” (wherever occurring) substitute the word “litres” , and for the words “60°F” (in both places) substitute the words “15°C” ;
(d) In Regulation 19, for the words “one hundred thousand gallons” substitute the words “one million litres” , for the words “1¾ pounds” substitute the words “1.75 kilograms” and for the words “4 pounds” (in both places) substitute the words “4 kilograms” ;
(e) In Regulation 24(2)(b), for the word “fifty gallons” substitute the words “litres” ;
(f) In Regulation 27, for the words “fifty gallons” substitute the words “two hundred and fifty litres” .
