Section 2Variation of the Employment Protection Act 1975 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1976
(1) The Employment Protection Act 1975 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1976 (“the Order”) shall be varied in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
(2) In Schedule 3 to the Order for the reference to “section 40” (financing of Maternity Pay Fund) there shall be substituted a reference to “section 40, except subsection (3)” .
