Section 2
The provisions of the Transport Act 1978 (hereinafter referred to as ‘ the Act ’) which are specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column (2) of that Schedule shall come into force on 4th August 1978.
