This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1978 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1978.

The Transport Act 1978 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1978
Section 2
The provisions of the Transport Act 1978 (hereinafter referred to as “ the Act ”) which are listed in column (1) of Schedules 1 and 2 to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column (2) of those Schedules shall (to the extent specified in those Schedules) come into force as follows:—
(a) the provisions listed in Schedule 1 on 1st September 1978, and
(b) the provisions listed in Schedule 2 on 1st November 1978.
