Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Registration of Colonial Government Ships) (Amendment) Order 1978 and shall come into operation on 14th December 1978.

Section 2
The Merchant Shipping (Registration of Colonial Government Ships) Order 1963, as amended , shall be further amended as follows:
In Schedule 1, column (1), immediately below the words “The Government of Saint Christopher Nevis and Anguilla” there shall be inserted “The Government of Saint Vincent” and in column (2), opposite to the words so inserted in column (1), there shall be inserted “The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Communications, Works and Labour” .
