Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Cider and Perry (Exemption from Registration) Order 1976 (Amendment) Order 1979 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1980.

Section 2
Article 2(1) of the Cider and Perry (Exemption from Registration) Order 1976 shall be amended by substituting for the words “1,500 gallons” the words “70 hectolitres” .
