Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Scholarships and Other Benefits (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1979 and shall come into operation on 14th June 1979.

The Scholarships and Other Benefits (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1979
Section 2
In Regulation 4 of the Scholarships and Other Benefits Regulations 1977 (grants of scholarships and other benefits) for the words “Subject to Regulations 5 and 6” there shall be substituted the words “Subject to Regulation 6” .
Section 3
Regulation 5 of the said Regulations of 1977 (restrictions on the making of payments under Regulation 4(d)) is hereby revoked.
