Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Notice of Variation of Agreements) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1979 and shall come into operation on 18th June 1979.

Section 2
The Consumer Credit (Notice of Variation of Agreements) Regulations 1977 are hereby further amended, in paragraph (2)(b) of regulation 4 (which was inserted by the Consumer Credit (Notice of Variation of Agreements) (Amendment) Regulations 1979), by the substitution for the word “debtor” of the word “hirer” .
