Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Fuel and Electricity (Heating) (Control) (Amendment) Order 1980 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1980.

The Fuel and Electricity (Heating) (Control) (Amendment) Order 1980
Section 2
Article 3(1) of the Fuel and Electricity (Heating) (Control) Order 1974 shall be amended by substituting, for the words “68 degrees Fahrenheit which is equivalent to 20 degrees Centigrade” , the words “19°C which is equivalent to 66.2°F” .
