Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police Cadets (Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1980.

Section 2

These Regulations shall come into operation on 1st October 1980 and shall have effect for the purposes of Regulation 3 as from 1st April 1980.

Section 3

In Regulation 5(3)(a) of the Police Cadets (Pensions) Regulations 1973 there shall be inserted after the words “pensionable service” the words “before 1st April 1980” .
