Section 1Citation and commencement

These regulations, which amend the Non-Marketing of Milk and Milk Products and the Dairy Herd Conversion Premiums Regulations 1977 (hereinafter referred to as “ the principal regulations ”), may be cited as the Non-Marketing of Milk and Milk Products and the Dairy Herd Conversion Premiums (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1980 and shall come into operation on 14th October 1980.

Section 2Amendment to regulation 2 of the principal regulations

In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the principal regulations immediately after the words “25th June 1979(g)” in the definition of “the Regulation of the Council” there shall be inserted the words “and Regulation ( EEC ) No. 1365/80 of the Council of 5th June 1980” .
