Section 1

This order may be cited as the Housing Act 1980 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1980.

Section 2

Section 121 of the Housing Act 1980 shall come into operation on 1st October 1980.

Section 3

The provisions of the Housing Act 1980 specified in the Schedule to this order shall come into operation on 3rd October 1980.
