Section 1

This order may be cited as the Housing Act 1980 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1980.

Section 2

The provisions of the Housing Act 1980 specified in the Schedule to this order shall come into operation on 15th December 1980.

Section 106, section 107 in so far as it relates to those paragraphs of Schedule 12 not already in operation, and section 109.

Section 152(1) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs of Part I of Schedule 25 not already in operation.
