This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Control of Entry through Republic of Ireland) (Amendment) Order 1980 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1981.

The Immigration (Control of Entry through Republic of Ireland) (Amendment) Order 1980
In Article 4(4) of the Immigration (Control of Entry through Republic of Ireland) Order 1972 , for sub-paragraph (b), there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs:—
(b) unless he is a national of a state which is a member of the European Economic Community, he shall not engage in any occupation for reward; and
(c) unless he is a national of a state which is a member of the European Economic Community other than Greece, he shall not engage in any employment.
