The Derelict Land Clearance Areas Order 1980

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Derelict Land Clearance Areas Order 1980 and shall come into operations on 31st December 1980.

Section 2

The employment office area of Coalville is hereby specified as a derelict land clearance area for the purposes of the Local Employment Act 1972.

Section 3

The Derelict Land Clearance Areas Order 1978 shall have effect subject to the amendment that in paragraph 1 of the Schedule thereto for the words “referred to in Article 3(1) of the Docklands Land Board Order 1977” there shall be substituted the words “signed by an Under Secretary in the Department of Industry and marked ‘map referred to in the Derelict Land Clearance Areas Order 1978 as amended by the Derelict Land Clearance Areas Order 1980’ which is deposited at the offices of the Secretary of State for the Environment” .
