Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Transfer of the Activities of Establishments) Order 1981 and shall come into operation on 26th August 1981.

Section 2Transfer of Establishments' Activities
The activities carried on at each establishment specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, being an establishment of an employer in the industry of an industrial training board, shall instead of being included for the purposes of the Act in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 2 of that Schedule, be included for those purposes in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 3 of that Schedule.
