Section 1
This Order may be cited as the European Centre for Medium-range Weather Forecasts (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1981. It shall come into operation on 21st August 1981.

Section 2
In paragraph (d) of Article 14 of the European Centre for Medium-range Weather Forecasts (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1975 the words “unless they are citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies or permanently resident in the United Kingdom,” shall be deleted in the first place where they appear.
