Section 1
This Order may be cited as the County Courts (Administration Order Jurisdiction) Order 1981 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1981.

Section 2
In section 148(1) and (3) of the County Courts Act 1959 , for the sum of £2,000 inserted by the County Courts (Administration Order Jurisdiction) Order 1977 there shall be substituted the sum of £5,000.
