The Transport Act 1981 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1981
Section 2
In the Transport Act 1981—
(a) section 35 (except subsections (1) and (2)) (charges for licensing of cabs outside London) and
(b) in Part III of Schedule 12 (repeals), the entry relating to the Town Police Clauses Act 1847
shall come into force on 12th October 1981.
