Section 1
These regulations may be cited as the Rent Assessment Committees (England and Wales) (Rent Tribunal) (Amendment) Regulations 1981 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1982.

The Rent Assessment Committees (England and Wales) (Rent Tribunal) (Amendment) Regulations 1981
Section 2
(1) The Rent Assessment Committees (England and Wales) (Rent Tribunal) Regulations 1980 are amended as set out in paragraph (2) below as respects references to a rent tribunal made after the coming into operation of these regulations.
(2) In regulation 4 for the words “fourteen days” substitute the words “7 days” and in regulation 5(1) for the words “fourteen clear days” substitute the words “7 clear days” .
