Section 1
This order may be cited as the Public Bodies' Land (Appropriate Ministers) Order 1981 and shall come into operation on 6th February 1981.

The Public Bodies' Land (Appropriate Ministers) Order 1981
Section 2
For the purposes of Part X of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, the expression “ the appropriate Minister ” in relation to the bodies set out in column 1 in the following Table shall have the meaning given in column 2 of that Table as respects those bodies—
