This Order may be cited as the International Natural Rubber Organization (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1981. It shall come into operation on the date on which the International Natural Rubber Agreement , open for signature at New York from 2nd January to 30th June 1980, enters into force in respect of the United Kingdom. That date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
The International Natural Rubber Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Organisation) is an organisation of which the United Kingdom and other sovereign Powers are members.
The Organisation shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
