The Greater London Council Housing (Staff Transfer and Protection) (Amendment) Order 1981

Section 1

This order may be cited as the Greater London Council Housing (Staff Transfer and Protection) (Amendment) Order 1981 and shall come into operation on 29th January 1982.

Section 2

In this order, “ the principal order ” means the Greater London Council Housing (Staff Transfer and Protection) Order 1979.

Section 3

Article 2(1) of the principal order is amended by inserting after “the Housing Act 1957” , in ( a )(i) of the definition of “relevant officer” , the words “and the Housing Act 1980 or either of those Acts” .

Section 4

Article 15(3) of the principal order is amended by inserting after “the Housing Act 1957” the words “and the Housing Act 1980 or either of those Acts” .

Section 5

Article 17(3) of the principal order is amended by inserting after “20th December 1979,” in sub-paragraph (a) the words “as amended by Circular LHSC 1/81 of that Commission dated 22nd December 1981,” .
