Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Hotel Records) (Amendment) Order 1982 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1983.

Section 2
In Article 2(1) of the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972, in the definition of “alien” for the words “British Nationality Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “British Nationality Act 1981” .
