Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the National Savings Bank (Amendment) ( No. 3) Regulations 1982, and shall come into operation on 1st October 1982.

Section 2

The National Savings Bank Regulations 1972 shall be amended as follows:—

(a) in Regulation 21(4), by substituting for the words “Regulations 22, 23 and 24” the words “Regulation 22” ;

(b) by deleting Regulations 23 and 24.
