Section 1Citation and commencement
These regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Sale or Supply) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 1982 and shall come into operation on 11th February 1982.

Section 2Amendment of regulations
Regulation 8(2) of the Medicines (Sale or Supply) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1980 is amended by omitting the word “and” in sub-paragraph (b) and adding, at the end of sub-paragraph (c), the words
; and
(d) in the case of capsules, not more than 25 capsules
