The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1982

Section 1

This order may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1982, and shall come into operation on 1st April 1982.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, namely,—

(a) section 47;

(b) section 73(1) so far as relating to the entries in Schedule 17 specified below;

(c) Schedule 13; and

(d) Schedule 17 so far as relating to the entries in Part II thereof as respects sections 2, 4 and 95 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 3 of the Countryside Act 1968;

shall come into force on 1st April 1982.
