Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Order 1982 and shall come into operation on 27th May 1982.

Section 2

The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 is hereby amended as follows:—

For the entry relating to the Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Rules 1978 in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part B of Schedule 1, there shall be substituted:
