Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Sheep Variable Premium (Protection of Payments) (Amendment) Order 1982 and shall come into operation on 24th May 1982.

(2) In this order “ the principal order ” means the Sheep Variable Premium (Protection of Payments) ( No. 2) Order 1980 .

Section 2 Amendments to principal order

The words “any part of” shall be inserted after the words “brought into” at the following places in the principal order:—

(a) in the shoulder note to Article 10;

(b) in the first line of Schedule 4;

(c) in the fourth line of Schedule 4.

Section 3

The words “outside the United Kingdom” shall be deleted from the following places in the principal order:—

(a) in Article 10(1) after the words “from any place so specified” ;

(b) in the eighth line of Schedule 4 after the words “ place or places ” .
