Section 1

This order may be cited as the Assured Tenancies (Approved Body) (No. 2) Order 1982 and shall come into operation on 22nd July 1982.

Section 2

J & D Davies Investments Ltd. is hereby specified for the purposes of Part II of the Housing Act 1980.
