The National Heritage Act 1983 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1983
Section 2
The following provisions of the National Heritage Act 1983 (relating to the establishment of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew) shall come into force on 8th August 1983:—
(a) sections 23 and 29,
(b) Part IV of Schedule 1, and
(c) paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 5 so far as they relate to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
