Section 1

This order may be cited as the National Heritage Act 1983 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1983.

Section 2

The following provisions of the National Heritage Act 1983, namely,—

(a) sections 17, 22, 32, 33(5), 35 and 38;

(b) Part III of Schedule 1;

(c) Schedule 3; and

(d) paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 5 so far as they relate, respectively, to the Armouries, the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England and the Board of Trustees of the Armouries,

shall come into operation on 1st October 1983.
