Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) (No. 2) Order 1983 and shall come into operation on 17th November 1983.

Section 2 Addition to Part I of the First Schedule to the Trustee Investments Act 1961

The powers of investment conferred by section 1 of the Trustee Investments Act 1961 shall be extended by adding National Savings Deposit Bonds to paragraph 1 of Part I of the First Schedule thereto ;
