Section 1Title and commencement

This order may be cited as the Molluscan Shellfish (Control of Deposit) (Variation) Order 1983 and shall come into operation on 15th February 1983.

Section 2Variation of principal order

The Molluscan Shellfish (Control of Deposit) Order 1974 is hereby varied by substituting for the Schedule thereto the Schedule contained in the Schedule to this order.
