Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Crew Agreements, Lists of Crew and Discharge of Seamen) (Fishing Vessels) (Amendment) Regulations 1983 and shall come into operation on 30th March 1983.

Section 2

Regulation 13 of the Merchant Shipping (Crew Agreements, Lists of Crew and Discharge of Seamen) (Fishing Vessels) Regulations 1972 shall be amended as follows:—

(a) by inserting after Regulation 13(1)(b)(iii) the following new sub-paragraph:—

(iiiA) his nationality;

(b) by inserting “(iiiA),” after “(iii)”
